The ASE Foundation’s premiere fundraising event, the annual Research Awards Gala, will take place Saturday, September 6, 2025 at the Omni Nashville Hotel in Nashville, TN. You are invited to join us for our Golden Gala, where we will celebrate ASE’s 2025 Award Winners and cardiovascular ultrasound research. Advance registration is required to attend. Must be 21+ years of age.

Registration options will start with Advocate, Benefactor, and Patron Tables as well as Benefactor, Patron, and Supporter Tickets. Individual tickets at the Advocate level may be available for purchase at a later date.
Table & Ticket Options
A portion of each table or ticket sale is considered a U.S. charitable donation to the ASE Foundation’s 2025 Annual Appeal.
ADVOCATE TABLE – $6,350
Purchasing a table at this level receives premier seating for 10, a full-page, print-ready ad and recognition in the Gala program*, a slide in the ASE Scientific Sessions filler slide deck**, a listing on the ASEF website, as well as recognition during the event.
BENEFACTOR TABLE – $5,350
Purchasing a table at this level receives prime seating for 10, recognition in the Gala program*, a listing on the ASEF website, and recognition during the event.
PATRON TABLE – $4,350
Purchasing a table at this level receives seating for 10, recognition in the event program*, and a listing on the ASEF website.
BENEFACTOR TICKETS – $535 EACH
PATRON TICKETS – $435 EACH
SUPPORTER TICKETS – $360 EACH
Purchasing a ticket at this level will reserve an individual seat, the final location will be determined by ASEF as space is available.
*Deadline for advertisement and recognition in the Gala Program is August 1. Advertisement is of your own design.
**Deadline for slide to be included in the ASE Scientific Sessions filler slide deck is August 15.
